1. Manage Subscriber Lists
Proper plan and goal is required to manage the email marketing lists. A company can have many lists based on how the users subscribed, their interests, location, existing or potential customer etc.
So make sure that the campaigns should be delivered to each list based on their interests & they should find the information useful.
It’s important to regularly check the hard bounces & less engaged subscribers and delete them to keep it as a quality list, it matters quality over quantity when it comes to email marketing or else the email service providers may blacklist and pause the ability to send further campaigns.
So it’s very important that the subscriber lists be managed properly.
2. Create Mail Templates
It’s always a best practice to keep different mail templates for the different email campaigns based on the interest of subscriber lists.

For Example, if a subscriber joined to latest blog updates then campaigns should be sent as soon as a new blog post is added. It’s all about the kind of product or services your company is dealing with and it is recommended not to over-fill the subscriber’s inboxes.

It’s also necessary to see how the lists grow and the unsubscribes. Delete the hard bounces and low engaged subscribers to keep the quality of lists.
5. Grow the Lists and Target the Right Audience
Have a clear-cut strategy not just to grow the lists but to target the right audience. Place a newsletter subscription link on the contact us and blog pages so that the lists can be grown.
